Kanban works on the basis of your actual demand only.

Kanban is controlled via lots or cards or both. When the need arises, you simply remove the required product from the Kanban lot.

Feedback for new stock requirements reaches us via Kanban directly from the workstation, where the order originated, and is forwarded to the supplier.
